What Is Screen Printing?
Think of screen printing as using a stencil to paint a design, but way more precise. We take a fine mesh screen and a stencil, and we push ink through the open areas, transferring the design onto your deal toy or award.

Design Time: Our designers create the artwork, making sure it works perfectly for screen printing.

Screen Prep: We prep and clean a fine mesh screen over a frame to make sure it’s ready for the ink to be pushed through with a squeegee. Our team also applies tape to ensure that the stencil doesn’t go anywhere and move out of place while we are working.

Ink It Up: Ink is spread over the screen, and a squeegee pushes it through the open areas, transferring the design onto the surface.

Drying & Curing: We dry and cure the ink so it stays vibrant and durable for years to come.
