Our Altrum Recognition business line partners with organizations to enhance their recognition practices through training, program management, and our social recognition platform.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Operations & Systems Lead (IT) who will play a key role in structuring, optimizing, and evolving our operations and systems. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with flexibility for remote work.
Your key
Responsibilities
Operations Optimization & Structuring
Analyze the overall performance of the business line and identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce inefficiencies, and support growth.
Operational Systems & Tools (IT)
Ensure the reliability and performance of systems and infrastructure, maintain data integrity, coordinate integrations, and collaborate with technology partners.
IT Project Coordination
Drive IT initiatives forward by aligning teams, clarifying priorities, and ensuring projects are delivered on time.
Shipping & Logistics Optimization
Improve shipping costs and carrier relationships to enhance speed, reliability, and overall delivery performance.
Vendor Management & Product Offering Optimization
Structure and evolve the supplier network, improve agreements and commercial terms, and ensure a strong product offering that supports sales and maximizes margins.

You'll be perfect for us

- Relevant experience in operations and systems (IT): You have 5+ years of experience in a role where you’ve driven improvements in efficiency, processes, and tools.
- Bilingual proficiency (French & English): You are comfortable communicating in both languages, verbally and in writing, in a professional setting.
- Strong operational mindset and analytical skills: You quickly understand how a business operates, analyze data effectively, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Process-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset: You naturally bring structure and implement simple, effective, and scalable processes to support growth.
- Strong project management and execution skills: You’re able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver in a structured, reliable, and timely manner.
- Comfort with systems and technology: You thrive in tech-driven environments and understand how systems and data flows interact.
- Leadership and collaboration: You influence, mobilize, and collaborate effectively across teams in a growth environment, with the ability to gradually take on people management responsibilities.
