Business Development Associate, Deal Toys

Interested in joining a market leader in financial awards with clients and team members across the globe? In an environment where you have autonomy (not micromanagement) and get to grow your business development skills in various markets – while working with some of the brightest minds in global finance?

As a Business Development Associate at Altrum, your role will be to both manage and grow established clients while also supporting new business development efforts. You’ll work closely with the Business Development and Account Management teams to qualify inbound opportunities, support strategic client growth, and proactively develop new relationships across key markets.

This is a relationship-driven role that blends both “farmer” and “hunter” responsibilities. You’ll spend part of your time servicing and growing existing house accounts and inbound opportunities, while also dedicating time to proactive outreach and prospecting efforts. Success in this role requires a strong drive to grow business, excellent time and priority management, and a genuine curiosity for understanding client needs, with the ability to ask the right questions, build trusted relationships, and connect clients with the right solutions.
