Bilingual B2B Content Specialist (12-month contract)

Our Altrum Recognition business line partners with organizations to enhance their recognition practices through training, program management, and our social recognition platform.

We are currently seeking a Bilingual B2B Content Specialist to support the development of marketing content and campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and engagement. This role is primarily focused on content creation and campaign support, with exposure to broader marketing initiatives. This is a 12-month contract role for maternity leave coverage.

Your key
Responsibilities

Content Creation

Create marketing content in French and English; articles, thought leadership pieces, downloadable resources, and webinar decks, that drives lead generation and builds brand visibility.

Sales Enablement & Support Materials

Build sales enablement materials (one-pagers, product sheets, proposal templates, presentation decks) that help the sales team close.

Brand Messaging & Copywriting

Support rebranding efforts and ongoing brand initiatives through copywriting across emails, collateral, and messaging development.

Content Management & Brand Consistency

Maintain and refresh client-facing content for existing accounts, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.

Campaign Coordination & Execution

Assist the Marketing Project Manager in the day-to-day coordination and execution of campaigns.

  • Bilingual Mastery: You demonstrate professional-level writing fluency in both French and English, with the ability to produce high-quality, long-form content in both languages.
  • B2B Content Expertise: You have a proven track record in B2B writing, specifically within HR, SaaS, or professional services sectors.
  • Brand Voice Adaptability: You can quickly internalize and replicate an established brand voice across various platforms and formats.
  • Technical Proficiency: You have hands-on experience using Canva for visual content creation and a functional working knowledge of WordPress.
  • Creative Mindset: You’re a creative thinker who provides “fresh angles,” unique perspectives, and innovative ideas for every project brief.
  • Subject Matter Ownership: You are able to rapidly master the employee recognition industry to produce content with immediate credibility and market relevance.
  • Education & Experience: You have a degree in marketing/communications or equivalent practical experience, with a focus on content creation
