Inbound Sales Associate

As an Inbound Sales Associate at Altrum, you will take ownership of high-impact accounts, turn inbound opportunities into results, and shape smarter sales processes — all while playing a key role in our growth story. You will be the linchpin that allows us to scale efficiently and focus on driving new growth, which has a direct and measurable impact on our company’s success.
Your key
Responsibilities
Inbound Sales Management
Filter, triage and respond to inbound web inquiries, open projects, assess potential opportunities, and forward leads to Business Development team. Act as “air traffic control” for incoming opportunities.
Key Account Management
Own and maintain relationships with our major accounts. Work with AMs to deliver grow account metrics (NPS, close rate, CGP, contribution per project) and identify growth opportunities within these accounts.
Team Support
Support ongoing client nurturing activities, chase calls for Account Managers and provide market and client insights to inform BD strategies.
Sales Process Optimization
Manage contacts and client data in HubSpot CRM; leverage the system to generate additional contacts and sales. Track lead flow, response times, and key account engagement to identify opportunities for process improvements.

- Exceptional relationship-building skills: excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Inbound Sales/Client Service knowledge: Strong understanding of sales and customer service; adept at initial discovery, managing client expectations effectively and CRM proficiency.
- Time management & organization: you prioritize and structure your day to drive key activities and get results.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of experience in a B2B sales environment (metric-driven a plus) that’s focused on managing and growing accounts
- Language and communication skills: You have excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
