Karelab Joins the Altrum Family

Septembre 13th, 2016 – Altrum completed the acquisition of the assets of Karelab. Karelab’s web and mobile products help organizations increase employee performance and recognition.

Karelab’s actual office will remain in effect, in addition to Altrum Recognition’s head office in St-Martin de Beauce, QC. Altrum Recognition’s service offer will be benefited by the addition of Karelab’s 2 main products; Enkourage and Propulse.

Enkourage is a social network that revolutionizes the way to communicate, recognize, motivate or reward employees at any moment, regardless of their physical location. Employees also have the possibility to recognize their colleagues, see their hard work being recognized, and receive points that are redeemable in the platform’s reward boutique.

Propulse is a bilingual (French/English) anonymous survey solution aiming to take the pulse of employees quickly and regularly.
