Here is a brief look back at our history:

In March 1974, Don McDonald was founded and invented the world’s first lucite deal gift. Fourteen years later, The Gifted Portfolio was founded with a dedication to personalized service and attention to detail. In October 2007, Icon Recognition was founded with a global focus and a commitment to value and efficiency. Altrum Group was created in December 2009 to bring together Don McDonald, Icon Recognition, and The Gifted Portfolio, with a goal of providing clients with the ideal combination of service, value, quality, and creativity.

To complement the existing offices in New York and London, Altrum opened a Montreal office in May 2010. The international expansion continued in the Fall of 2011 with the opening of offices in Hong Kong and Sydney, giving Altrum five offices throughout the world.
